Customer Service Agents – Part Time Position

We are seeking a very flexible, honest, reliable, talented, open, fun, and outgoing person to join our Customer Service Team for a New Customer Service Agent position.

Remote Work / Shifts

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, weekdays optional, per tour, part-time, on-call, when needed. Hours needed 6:00 PM EST to 12:00 PM EST.


Negotiable based upon Experience and additional financial incentives for High Guest Satisfaction results.


  • Must be legally eligible to work in Virginia and the United States of America
  • Must be able to pass background checks to include credit and criminal history checks
  • Must be age 21 or over due to the types of tours we provide
  • Must have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have a neat and clean appearance.
  • Must have a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Will handle check-in and greeting of customers.
  • Daily reporting to management.
  • Must have knowledge of and own a smartphone (iPhone preferred) or similar device.
  • Must be able to speak very clearly and loud enough to be heard.
  • Must be able to work nights, between the hours of 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM

Job Summary

Customer Service Agent is is responsible for assisting guest with their questions, issues, concerns and requests as well as assisting with tour sign-up and logistical changes for guides and guests. Agents are required to have excellent customer service skills, Website/IT skills, and communication skills . Full description of this job will be explained at interview and hire.
